    Internally, your personal information is only accessible to Vitality employees and Vitality contracted service providers. This is done only on a need-to know basis for the provision of services and support.

    Outside of Vitality, there are instances where we may disclose your personal information to our agents, service providers, Vitality partners, third-party partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries to enable them to perform functions or provide services on our behalf. These service providers are only allowed to process personal information for contracted business purposes.

    We will only retain your personal information for as long as it is required for customer/member support or services. But generally, we will archive and stop using your personal information 3 months after we resolve any query or after we successfully assist you. We will only deviate from this where the law allows us to.

    • to receive marketing emails from us. You also have the choice to stop receiving marketing emails from us.

     

    For exercising your rights, it can take us up to 30 days to respond to your request because there are procedures that we need to follow.

    In certain cases, we may require proof of your identity and sometimes we may have additional requirements to make changes to your information. We may also need to refer you to a Vitality in your country.
